01 / PROFILE

BETWEEN TWO WORLDS

A sideways kind of guidance.

A central figure among the Visored, Shinji approaches Ichigo with an offer that is difficult to evaluate at first glance. His loose manner hides careful observation and a complicated relationship with Soul Society. Around Hiyori and the others, irritation and familiarity reveal a community held together by shared experience.

His reversals work beyond technique, making him a character who questions the reliability of an obvious viewpoint and uses humor to keep painful experience from becoming his only identity.
